Record budget surplus and record homeless, homicide & tax rate! You've taken the money that your state has set aside to keep safe, released all the prisoners into the population and are patting yourself on the back as your opulation is being murdered, raped and and robbed.👍
Then why don't you lower the tax rate and put some money back in your people's pockets? You're telling me you have a tremendous budget surplus and yet you're taxing your people with one of the highest tax rates in the nation!
