A SECONDARY school in Kajang, Selangor, is the latest to face criticism for not allowing Indian students to take the Tamil language subject for SPM,Parents who spoke to the daily said there were 28 Indian students attending Tamil classes since Form Four.

However, the newly-transferred principal ordered the students to return the Tamil language books to the school, the parents were reported to have said. This made it impossible for the students to continue the classes and prepare for the paper, the parents said, claiming that Tamil language classes had been conducted in the school over the past 25 years.
