Sky News host Peta Credlin says the national curriculum continues to remain wrongly on the “periphery” in this election.

“Neither major party appears willing to touch it with a 10-foot pole and, in political terms for the Coalition, I reckon that’s about as strategically stupid as it gets,” Ms Credlin said.

“I’ve said before on this program, every parent, every voter is concerned or should be concerned about what our children get taught at school, especially if the new Australian curriculum, released today, is anything to go by.”

Maybe Tudge should take part in a debate with the shadow minister?

So many like Credlin think they are an expert on everything. I just see her as Abbott's failed personal assistant.

So Credlin is voting Labor this election.

ohh... the murdoch whore has something to say.. interesting.. Where was she when rape victims were asking for fairness and justice in the corridors of power? If you can be raped in parliament building then you are not safe anywhere. ScottyTheWorstPrimeMinisterEver auspol

School funding should be focus. Credlin never one for anything but the things that are on the margins & only important to conservatives

The Liberals TWO Education Ministers and ScottMorrisonMP don't hold chalk. I'm sure tanya_plibersek would debate any (or all) of them.

Ask the education minister....... Oh wait.

Interesting that the teachers strike for a wage rise at the same time they preside over under educated students. They have also sat at home for two years and derived a wage whilst others have struggled to make ends meet. Shame on them.

Peta Credlin has no credibility left abc730 ABC

What is she trying to say? Is english her first language? Gobbledygook auspol

Peta Credlin, thankfully, remains on the periphery. Full stop.
