Among the allegations against the 42-year-old are he took a picture of one of his students and shared it with others.

A Brisbane high school teacher accused of making and sharing child exploitation material, which included taking a picture of one of his students, has once again been released from prison.

However, he was charged with 100 further offences in October, re-arrested and held in custody. On Friday, he made a fresh bail application in Brisbane Magistrates Court. “The protracted nature of the conversations on a restricted app, the sheer number of conversations, and the sheer number of people with which the defendant communicated with – this isn’t a case of 82 conversations between one or two people, there were 49 separate accounts identified,” he said.“One relates to a bundle of offences going to the procuring and making of child exploitation material via a Snapchat conversation, and the other is ... where a child was recorded directly by the defendant.
