Indiana Congressman Jim Banks submitted on Tuesday a petition to discharge the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act. The bill was introduced by Republican Rep. Greg Steube of Florida in January 2021, but it hasn't moved forward.

They need to change the language. Sport is separated by sex. Biological males need to compete in their sex class. They do have a right to compete in their true gender.

A small, critical and important distinction '...on banning transgender *male* athletes from playing on female sports teams.' No problem with allowing trans-identifying females/males to play on their same sex sports teams (assuming they are not breaking any other rules).
