The parents of the boy have failed to participate since filing the suit against the Jersey Shore Area School District and others, a judge pointed out.

The suit arose from a relationship the boy had with Alexandria Sandra Kaluzny, 28, of Salona, who pleaded guilty to three counts of indecent assault and one of statutory sexual assault.in prison along with requirement to register under Megan’s Law for 25 years. PennLive is not using the name of the boy or his parents in keeping with its policy of not identifying sexual assault victims.were Kaluzny, the Jersey Shore Area School District, Justin Armbruster and Laura Malark. The latter two were middle school assistant principal and principal, respectively, in 2017.

The boy’s father claimed that his son had not spoken in detail about the relationship with Kaluzny until the family was in the process of moving to Maryland in August 2018.
