isnt it in New Zealand only, say no more

This article seemed to be a bit trivial?

The world is going to hell.

We are doomed.

Ummm should they pass based on the fact they didn’t know such a basic word? Even the language displayed by one recipient was fairly questionable.

I used to play Trivial Pursuit with the family when I was 10... ‘ literally’

What are students learning in school if they have no concept of this word. Surely this differentiates those who have and have not got the knowledge - which is what exams are about in forming a normal distribution of results. Lesson 101 in trivial pursuit is waiting

In an age of ROTFL, IDK and more, when reading means short brief snaps on Snapchat or browsing through Instagram, it’s clear that these kids simply don’t read! Such a shame.

What a joke! This word is in common usage, when will these kids get educated Problem is they use electronics and don’t read and then blame others, ...shame for their futures

Knowing more words is the difference between gettiing an A and F. Kinda the point of exams.

What a joke

What rock have these kids been living under.

Maori’d (slang) The act of getting beaten by a loved one for a trivial reason. 😳

What are they teaching kids in school that they don’t know what that word means!
