“He was quickly held down while a distress call was made to the police at Ogijo Divisional headquarters,” the public relations officer explained. “On interrogation, Ikenna James, whose partner in crime has run away confessed to the commission of the crime, also informed the police that they decided to kill the victim after raping her because they discovered that she recognized them.”
