'I make my kids an after school platter every day – trolls tell me it’s too much but it keeps me and them happy'

A CREATIVE mum who makes an after school platter for her children every day has been slammed by trolls online.and shared a short video where she could be seen placing a slice of cucumber, tomato and a piece of wafer thin ham on a skewer.Credit: tiktok/@foodplattermumCredit: tiktok/@foodplattermum

She then cuts star shapes out of cheese, before placing them at the top for her children to tuck into when they get home from school.The savvy mum shared her quick snack suggestion online to help give other parents creative ideas, but not everyone seemed to appreciate it.
