The university had partially refurbished the building’s interior with laboratories and classrooms before moving out. However, fewer new offices are coming online this year and most new space, apart from Charter Hall’s Wesley Place development in Lonsdale Street, a project which is fully pre-committed, is in refurbished existing towers.
