They're high school kids. We used to parody Hitler/Nazis all the time. White kids did it, black kids did it, Jewish kids did it. None of us were actual Neo-Nazis. Some of the jokes were in bad taste, sure, but I wouldn't really classify this as shocking behaviour by any stretch.

Until I see the communist salute held to the same standards of intolerance, I don't really care.
