Student denies charge of drink driving resulting in death

A COLLEGE student pleaded not guilty at the Magistrate’s Court in Kuala Lumpur today to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, resulting in death.

Lo Yen Hue, 24, was charged with driving a Toyota Sienta under the influence, with a 184mg/100ml blood-alcohol level. The reading was more than three times the permitted limit of 50mg/100ml.
