Osun State High Court in Ikire has remanded in prison the prophet of Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Solution Chapel, Ikoyi-Ile area of the state, Philip Segun, and two others over the gruesome murder of a 400-level-student of Lagos State University, Favour Seun Oladele.
They were arraigned on a two-count-charge of conspiracy to commit murder and murder contrary to Sections 324 and 316 of the Criminal Code Law Cap.34, Volume 11, Laws of Osun State, 2002.
Why is court remanding killers, they should be killed instantly. I think it's high time we do things rightly in this country.
