CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — A nurse working at a central Ohio high school is facing multiple charges after she was accused of sending “inappropriate” messages and photos to a juvenile student. Rachael Knapp, a nurse at Circleville High School contracted through OhioHealth health system, has been charged with charged with four counts of dissemination of matter harmful to juveniles, a news release from the Circleville Police Department says.

Police say they were notified of the relationship with the student on Jan. 19. During an interview with investigators, Knapp reportedly admitted to sending inappropriate messages and photos to the student. Warrants were obtained to search the phones of both Knapp and the student, police say. Photos and messages between Knapp and the student were recovered.
