A MALAYSIAN dentistry student is said to have won the prestigious JK Williams Medal for 2020, making him the first winner in the country's history.A student at Universiti Malaya Faculty of Dentistry, Dr Mohd Amir Mukhsin Zurin Adnan won the medal at the recent Membership in Orthodontics Examination, Royal College of Surgeons of England.
The university congratulated him in a Facebook post on Feb 15 and in a response to The Star, said he will be presented with the award on March 8."We wish you further success," UM said in its post.
