As the campaign season officially kicked off, the Philippine Women’s University called on Filipino voters to “take thoughtful consideration” of each candidate’s character, platform, and track record.
“Amid a culture of rampant disinformation, PWU remains a bastion of intellectual integrity. As such, we call on the community to reject peddlers of fake news and be more discerning and critical of information sources to avoid becoming unwitting outlets of viral half-truths or outright fake news,” PWU said.
Meanwhile, PWU also reminded the voting public to respect the opinions and choices of fellow Filipinos “whether they conform with us or not.”
Pag hindi si BBM at Sarah ang nanalo, it will be the darkest time for Philippines and people will take this to the streets. Kung ayaw niyo magalit ang 65 percent na voters and magkagulo, huwag mangdaya. Think about that!
My vote goes to the old wise man. With wisdom and great character, creates a Great Leader of a Nation. Hinog na si BBM sa karanasan at kaalaman sa Pagpapatakbo ng bansa, kaya karapat dapat siya. BBM4President
