1. After weeks of suspension, some school girls caught smoking shisha in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, have been told to return to school. The girls, who are all students of Abeokuta Girls’ Grammar School, Onikolobo, Ogun State, were caught smoking shisha while filming themselves at the residence of one of them.

3. Suspected bandits have kidnapped scores of people and killed former Sole Administrator of Dogon Dawa Development Area in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Idris Adam Damari. A resident of the community, Mallam Yunusa Idris said that the bandits attacked the Damari community on Sunday night, shot indiscriminately, hitting Damari in the process.

5. The Kano State Government has demanded that the remains of an Almajiri child allegedly tortured to death by his teacher should be exhumed. Dr Muhammad Tahar Adamu, Commissioner of Religious Affairs, disclosed this when he visited the school at Wailari area of Kano State, on Tuesday. 7.
