"As expected, Ethan Crumbley's attorney has requested an evaluation of his criminal responsibility. This is standard procedure. The defendant will be evaluated by a doctor from the Center for Forensic Psychiatry, who will then prepare a written report," David Williams, Chief Assistant Prosecutor for Oakland County told ABC News in a statement Thursday.

He isnt insane he is just stupid thats not the same. He has the ability to mentally function on his own that should be the only reason a pwrson gets off free is if they are mentslly/brain dead

If he were insane he wouldn’t know what he did was wrong and wouldn’t deny it.

Not insane but severe mental health issues, probably from complex PTSD. His parents seem awful, probably a lot of trauma there. But prison time nonetheless.

Funny how you use the word “alleged” when there is irrefutable proof that he committed these atrocities but you had no problem throwing Kyle Rittenhouse under the bus for exercising his right to defend himself. This embodiment of evil deserves to be electrified.
