That one parent is right; LAUSD and these schools call us non-stop (I generally get 2 - 6 calls a day and way too many emails/texts) about small stuff, yet when something actually happens on campus, they're mute until it hits the news.

The girls who first encountered this armed pedophile & psychopath should have reported him to police. The administrators involved in reporting it to parents should have notified them ASAP so they can at least make plans to pick up their kids safely.
