He also agreed there should be more of a focus on people who were symptomatic as it would help ease the pressure on testing sites that have experience lengthy delays Professor Collignon said the current definition of a close contact was tailored to the COVID zero approach but that has since been dropped by most states and territories.

I don’t want to sound insensitive, but I’ve observed the people most concerned about others not wearing masks ect, are also more likely to beat a harmless huntsman to death while screaming in horror. There is room for concern, but often there is a level of unnecessary hysteria.
