Dr. Jeffrey Horak appeared before the Fergus Falls school board on Oct. 11 and spoke out against a mask mandate that had gone into effect for students the day before."Who does God put in charge of these kids? Rightfully so politics has no place in medicine you took an oath to do no harm & I'm pretty sure contracting covid is harmfull to the individual & potentially lethal to them and those who come in contact with them!
