The Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Technical and Vocational Education Board (LASVEB), Morounke Azeez, has said that Nigeria must pay attention to vocational and technical education.

This, according to her, would make the economy of the country thrive and more jobs created. Azeez said this during One Precious Life Academy’s graduation/award ceremony for the 2021 Artisan Empowerment Programme in Onikan, Lagos.

She said: “I am pleased that Nigeria, especially Lagos State, is embracing technical and vocational education because they are the backbone of any economy.
