'Free stuff!' Federal government involvement in education has completely distorted the pricing mechanism (of demand and supply). Get government OUT of the business of 'incentivizing' anything and everything, if you truly want a 'fix' to the problem. REVOKE 501(c) status!

So what you’re telling me is nearly 90% or 99% (I don’t know why you guys used 2 different %’s) failed to meet the specific requirements. Okay that happens, it sucks, but it does happen. It helps if you read the requirements before you apply.

Meanwhile, no one is going to jail for fraud. Not even Trump.
