If he presents a forged NYSC certificate, then he should be prosecuted but if it's a WAEC certificate that he wants to present as his highest qualification, it's left for Kwarans to decide their fate. NYSC in my opinion should be scrapped cus it has outlived its usefulness

Atunwe has no criminal liability if he possesses a Degree but chooses to present WAEC Certificate to INEC. It is what he presents to INEC he will be investigated and judged.
