The mum of two has a seven and a four year old – who she says are 'really struggling' with the fact she's now not at home on weekends, due to starring on SCD. Dermot asked Sara, 'What’s the training like, how intense is it?' to which she began to explain: 'so the thing is, I’ve got two young kids. 'Which means we’ll have to train early and finish at three, and so last week that first week he said we’ll do it every day, so every morning from five o’clock, you will know what a shock that is,' she said, pointing to Alison.
