Twenty-one-year-old Chidiebere Emenike has been arraigned in an Ebute Metta Chief Magistrates’ Court sitting in Lagos for allegedly stealing five amplifiers from a school.
The defendant was arraigned on two counts of stealing and conspiracy but pleaded not guilty to the charges. The prosecutor, Inspector Kehinde Olatunde, told the court that the defendant had committed the offences on September 11, 2021 at Bangrayon School, No. 72, Moor Street, Ebute Meta West, Lagos.
