A 35-year-old man has been arrested for trying to kidnap two pupils of Family Support Programme Primary and Secondary School, GRA, Katsina.
Tukur informed newsmen that the suspect was about to whisk away the pupils with his tricycle when their father who had come to pick them alerted the operatives of the development. To uncover the suspect’s possible accomplices, the state Commandant, Mohammad Sanusi has given directives to the Intelligence Department to carry out further investigations
