Any rise in the number of students achieving top A-level results does not represent a "devaluing of grades", a school leaders' union has said. If a student has kept up their end of the bargain and earned the grades they need to start their course this year, they should be certain there is a place waiting for them. You would be better off going to trade school and studying code, plumbing, being and electrician and so on. Unless you are a physics or biology major, what is the point?
