He said in a large measure “it has scarred him for life” although he continues to teach in Isidingo, has since been appointed deputy principal and was the treasurer of an educare centre.

The worse thing in these kinds of cases is that the whole community and every neighbouring school gets to know you as a rapist during your case and when you are acquitted only a handful get to know of your innocence. You are stuck with a rapist stigma for life
