"The best way for our students to stay healthy, stay connected, and stay in class this fall is by getting a COVID-19 vaccine. I urge all of our students to do their part and get vaccinated for COVID-19 now, if they haven't already done so," Dr. Dee Dee Anderson, USM Vice President for Student Affairs, said in the announcement.
They're paying rent and tuition for vaccinated students to encourage them to be vaccinated? Somebody needs to recheck this tweet, not sure what they tweeted was what they were trying to say.

That is absolute bullshit. We should not have to bribe people to do the right thing. We need to put away the carrots and pull out the stick. You don’t want to get vaccinated? Stay at home and figure out your own science when you get sick.
