Gombe secondary school students protest over food

Students of Government Science Secondary School, Gombe, on Monday, protested over poor feeding in the school.

Their grievances include snatching of phones by security officers, and diversion of meals meant for students. He added that the committee was given three days to investigate the allegation and submit its report to the commissioner. “However, the commissioner followed them to the school and immediately inaugurated a committee to investigate the real cause of the protest,” Mr Malala said.

First, it was Covid-19 patients protesting of food and medical insufficiency now its the poor students coming out to protest of food insecurity... It clearly shows how successful the Gombe state government is, in hiding its low performances & inability to deliver to the people.

They should ship onions to them. They need it more! The south we don’t need it.
