CBN gets 60-year land lease extension

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Convent Bukit Nanas’ land lease has been officially extended for 60 years, says the counsel to The Lady Superior of the school, Damien Chan. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, June 3, 2021.

THE Lady Superior of the Society of Saint Maur, which runs Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Convent Bukit Nanas , has officially obtained a land lease extension for the school for 60 years. The Lady Superior’s counsel, Damien Chan when contacted by Bernama, said they received a letter dated May 31, from the Federal Territories Land and Mines Office director, Muhammad Yasir Yahya over the land lease extension.
