I can relate

I think it's really sad they felt worthless. Mothers probably did bare the brunt of the responsibility during lockdown as there still remains a lack of parity in wages, job roles, etc. I was in awe of my wife as she taught our son. Worthless is the last thing they should feel.

This assumes that parents are only parents and not people with other worries. Like health, employment, elderly relatives, etc 🤷🏻
