Where did you get this info ? Why do you know about it and no one else does? There are northern Indigenous communities w/o wifi in the communities & families w/o laptops. Schools only have access to wifi. High schl students park admin offices to connect & try to stay in school learning in their cars. I’d say this school year is a bust for poor families.
