Ain disheartened after receiving warning of expulsion from school

In a tweet at about 1.00am Sunday , Ain, who goes by @ant33ater on Twitter, said she was disheartened that the school that she loved had acted against her for speaking up.

"On the same day the letter was sent, was the same day my father met the principal and she said she supported me on that day but went ahead and did this the same day," she posted. The teacher himself and the boy that made the rape threat didn't get any action taken on them, but I'm getting expelled. This would ruin my life," she said.

The school should have accepted that Ain was correct in calling out inappropriate behaviour, give the teacher (the other student who threatened her) a final verbal warning and strive to do better, instead of trying to distract from the issue.

If only she is a minister daughter this wont happen. Normal citizens r nothing. If not, minister say something on this.

This is shocking mentally. In fact, don't go to this school anymore. Parents who hv children in this school, ask yourselves, u want these HM, teachers, board of governors as 'examplary' leaders for your children What more if the govt/KPM stays silent? They condone the actions?

Let's hear it from the school, the principal and the school committee as to what happened and the school policy and approach in dealing with harassment in school.

I'm not sure about KPM. Remember the English teacher at a school in Sabah who was absent for more than a year. Some students have to take legal action on the teacher.
