A sixth grade girl in America has shot and wounded two students and a janitor before being disarmed by a teacher.Police are investigating where the girl got the gunPolice said the student pulled a handgun from her backpack and fired multiple rounds inside and outside Rigby Middle School in the small city of Rigby, Idaho on Thursday morning .Both of the student victims were shot in their limbs and were in a fair condition in hospital, with one possibly needing surgery, health authorities said.
"We don't have a lot of details at this time of 'why' — that is being investigated," Jefferson County Sheriff Steve Anderson said.The girl is from the nearby city of Idaho Falls, Sheriff Anderson said. He did not release her name or age.Adela Rodriguez and her son Yandel, 12, reunited after the school shooting.
