Because the students are the ones killing black kids on the streets... it’s not trigger happy untrained and should never have been hired let alone pass any psych test cops... no, the kids are at fault!
Police are like gods in the USA totally untouchable.

So do the police also been taught on how to talk to civilians?
Also remember kids don't reach for your wallet if you say you have a gun on you or this will happen to you. This officer should also be charged with murder because one has enough time to react at the sight of a gun especially if you're well trained.
