InSP pre-schools will plan activities that encourage"meaningful interactions" among children, and they will modify the pre-school environment for children with development needs, where necessary and viable, said ECDA.
"These differentiated teaching methods can actually benefit both typically developing children as well as children with developmental needs," said Ms Sun.Following the workgroup's recommendations, ECDA and the Ministry of Education released a set of professional practice guidelines for pre-school-aged children in February.
