CHOPO TELEKI | Our universities are fast becoming glorified high schools. There is a glaring laissez-faire attitude prevailing at all our universities. Students do as they please without any fear.

Today, students do not apply for admission at universities. At the beginning of each academic year, they go there to demand to be registered. Because they have not been admitted, they sleep in the libraries.

Don't change by destroying what will make you a better person in future. You drive an old car, while slipping yourself towards the new one. Blacks don't destroy. We know you love the show offs and luxuries which are created by whites themselves not by you.

Old people complaining about young people’s behaviour is old news. History shows that the youth are usually at the forefront of social change. Social change that is radically needed. These students lead us. You can follow or be stuck in the past.
