A STUDENT from a public higher learning institution has been arrested over the death of his 30-year-old brother, who was found with stab wounds on his chest in an apartment in Taman Pandan Indah, Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
Ampang district police chief Mohamad Farouk Eshak said the 22-year-old suspect was believed to live together with the victim, who was found sprawled on the bed in a room at about 2pm.
