Today in conversation my son has told me that his teacher has been saying "no one is laughing with you, they are all laughing at you" and other similar comments.
Having said that, it’s possible that your teacher didn’t mean anything by it, but I’d still have a word.I'll definitely have a conversation when they return and to be honest maybe it's been a good thing that the Easter holidays have meant that I've had to wait to speak with the teacher. I would have probably been a bit too hasty if I had spoken straight away.
Social anxiety shld be considered...wld explain the joking around & low self esteem. Schools have rules and the teacher cld do better with enforcing as such, instead of the personal insults. Both situations can be resolved if you take emotion out the room n wrk 2gether 2 resolve.
