RT : Seeing isn’t believing anymore—why computer-generated video fakes are getting ...

Could it be worse then social media

When you consider the awareness levels and attention spans of most people, this is scary stuff.

Donald Trump says blatantly contradictory statements all the time, yet his supporters are blinded to it. The problem isn't so much the content we are consuming, rather our inability to confront cognitive dissonance.

Fake photos, and now fake moving photos. Who would have thought. Get used to it.

Technology, AI, CGI, speech synthesis, advanced articulating robotics, micro miniature powerful computers... Makes me relive watching 'Terminator'.

They did this with wikileaks Assange like 2 years ago. He’s been dead since Nov 2016 but the MAGA QAnon trump supporters don’t know any better. Pretty crazy how corrupt it all is.

Deepfake Videos Are Ruining Lives. Is Democracy Next?Computer-generated videos are getting more realistic and even harder to detect thanks to deep learning and artificial intelligence. As Jason Bellini finds in this episode of Moving Upstream, these so-called deepfakes can be playful, but can also have real, damaging consequences for people’s lives. Scary! I don't believe anything unless I tweet it . I'm not so sure then.... Good job. Trump is gonna latch on to this defense, probably even gonna try it out to deny national cable news interviews of him eventually. Thanks alot, WSJ. Impeccable situational awareness.

Deepfake Videos Are Getting Real and That's a ProblemComputer-generated videos are getting more realistic and even harder to detect thanks to deep learning and artificial intelligence. As WSJ’s Jason Bellini finds in this episode of Moving Upstream, these so-called deepfakes can be playful, but can also have real, damaging consequences for people’s lives. Because 1. Americans can't read. 2. FoxNews is state sponsored propaganda TV. 3. The same Americans who refuse to read are getting their news from gossip websites like FakeBook. AI, making it easier for media to lie to the people. Imagine that. It is only when it backfires on you that you have an issue with it. Imagine that. Why that’s raising alarms... Seriously? The majority of Facebook users think “anything” they read is “real”. Can you even imagine what will happen once fake video is indistinguishable from the real thing?

This isn't unknown.😂😂😂 It's 2018 and this is a field constantly changing, advancing. The gullible folks act like they haven't seen a movie since 2012!😂😂😂😂 CGI Makes you wonder how Trump is EVERYWHERE in a week, but HATES flying! Yet all of a sudden there's time to record an interview with 60Minutes ? He's in the WH with Kanye, Kentucky, Montana, Iowa, and Ohio?! Missouri? At his age?!😂😂🤔🤔 It's not impossible...just A LOT!🤔 Corruption.

Good news for Republicans, who rely on trickery and fraud to win elections. Already queuing up the reasons why Democrats will get crushed in the mid-terms? TheMominatrixx ultimately the responsibility lies. with the platforms like Twitter YouTube Facebook etc that allow lies to spread... and make a profit off it.
