An Irishman who was diagnosed with cancer three times before the age of 40 has shared an inspiring message of hope to anyone going through tough times.However the 38-year-old has been diagnosed with Li-Fraumeni syndrome, which makes him more likely to develop various types of cancer.

"Hopefully the strength and resilience is there, love in yourself and believe in yourself first and foremost and life will work out for you."
"It's very tough, at the moment, but I still have the skills I've developed along the way, I know its just another challenge, although it might take a while.
