The Lekki Urban Forest Animal Sanctuary Initiative and the Federal University of Agriculture have said that tree planting would help to mitigate the effects of climate change.
He added that the endowment would combat the negative effects of deforestation, forest degradation, and create multiple benefits for the ecosystems while also serving as a source of revenue for the university in the long run.
