There are school staff with much lower wages/hours who are forced to be at the schools tending to kids and parents directly, providing books and materials while teachers are safely at home. Teachers can go to the back of the line.

They have been paid to stay home... medical staff & eldercare staff first..then the stable high risk vulnerable. Our teachers face less risk than grocery store clerks who also go to work every day. Children do not transmit. They need to put on their masks & earn their paychecks.
Healthcare workers, first responders and the elderly. Next up teachers, retail and restaurant workers, then everyone else
Retail workers are exposed to more people every day and are at much higher rates of death & illness, with no 'from home' options. Retail workers should get vaxx before teachers.
