Universities are waking up to the idea that it’s better to tackle student drug-taking through information, not punishment

Ketamine is hallucinogenic drug given for anesthesia for short surgeries however,produce so much secretions possibility of aspiration, it’s also given to animals usually dogs&cat for anesthesia...

There's also somewhat of a suicide problem at Bristol University amongst students:
