ABC news, suggest you get some reporters to look into the current cycle threshold level being used in Vic RT-PCR testing. It is widely published that using a high CT value is not appropriate for diagnosis as it does not give detail on actual infectiveness of a positive value.
How is this so difficult? Contacts and contacts of contacts are presumed positive. scovid Isolate, trace, test. Until tested negative. Day 5, day 11. 🙄
