They should stay close better for themselves
This is an overreach. Either the dept runs the schools, or each BoM does.
HSE won’t have to face the impact locally in a community if an outbreak has serious outcome
ALL infectious disease outbreak decisions/closures are made by public health officials(experts) after doing a risk assessment. That protocol is in place for years...... so why change now?

So you can't actually decide to keep your child home if you fear they might catch covid? You can't decide what's best for your own child?
