SEN. Ana Theresia Hontiveros said the lack of preparation and “rushed’ school opening were to blame for the errors found in the self-learning modules of the Department of Education .

Hontiveros urged DepEd to form a technical working group of master teachers and experts who will efficiently design, craft, vet and screen learning modules. Also on Monday, the DepEd slammed some social media users for highlighting erroneous online lessons for their “underlying motives.”
