Students partied in Newcastle despite surging coronavirus infection rates across the North East and 770 falling ill in the Northumbria University outbreak

Students in a coronavirus-ravaged university city claim to know of others still going out partying despite having symptoms.But some Northumbria University students said they had been out and about initially missed their own virus symptoms - thinking they had a "hangover".

Hard to disagree with them in the circumstances. A vaccine exists but you all keep insisting there isn't one.
